Being “born again” is what happens when you are completely transformed. A larvae is transformed into a butterfly through a process called metamorphosis and in the same way, when we turn from our sin and we follow Jesus we become a new creation. Transforming requires complete faith in God and being fully devoted followers of Christ doesn’t allow you to partially transform; you can’t go back to being a caterpillar!
